The Cook King Fryer System is very unique and offers advantages in both production and in extending fryer oil life. Our longitudinal fire tubes assure a full utilization of the available BTU's. A continuous high volume oil filtration system sweeps particulates and fines to the front end of the fryer where they are pumped to the filter for removal from the system

A heated storage tank connected by sanitary tubing complete the system. A complete safety system assures a safe operating condition at all times.
